Hours are recorded on a trust basis and any overtime worked can simply be compensated as time off. According to the Federal Holiday Act, 24 December and 31 December (New Year's Eve) are normal working days - not at HEITEC! Due to our company regulations, half of each day is dedicated to the festivities, which is why only half a day's holiday must be applied for and granted. This means that every year you have enough time to prepare for the festivities.
