HeiKey proline Standard
The HeiKey proline STANDARD combines the proven proline quality with an unbeatable price-performance ratio. It is based on the development of a basic machine with all the necessary stations and all the options for processing almost all key variants. It is the bridge between the HeiKey proline TWIN and the HeiKey proline EXTEND. With a total of 9 standard stations divided into 5 modules, it offers a high number of processing options. All this is limited to a space requirement of 7000 x 1750 x 2050 mm and a weight of approx. 10 tonnes.
HeiKey proline Extend
The HeiKey proline EXTEND offers solutions exclusively customised to your wishes and requirements. Naturally in proven proline quality. The HeiKey proline EXTEND is just right for you if the 9 stations of the HeiKey proline STANDARD are not enough for your application. The choice of options is almost limitless. Because the machine is customised for you. Whether a special input, processing or ringing of the keys, with the EXTEND we can fulfil your wishes even more precisely.
HeiKey Proline Twin
The HeiKey proline TWIN combines the proven proline quality with an unbeatable price-performance ratio. The basis is the development of a basic machine that can be equipped with any two stations from the TWIN range according to customer requirements. Due to its compactness, the machine consists of only one frame and therefore has a small footprint of just 2650 x 2350 x 2100 mm and a weight of approx. 4.0 tonnes. This means that it can even fit into a small production site. Another advantage of this concept is that the HeiKey proline TWIN can be converted with little effort.
HeiKey MAG
The HeiKey MAG is fed in as bulk material. It is output in the correct position and fully magazined. The magazine can be taught to different key types. Incorrect blanks are then sorted out accordingly.
HeiAssembly KFA
The HeiAssembly KFA can be operated either as a manual or automated workstation. Manufactured as a pin assembly line, the cell can work autonomously for up to 8 hours. Connection to your existing automatic broaching machine is also no problem. The pins are fed in via hose magazines which can be replaced from the outside at any time.
HeiAssembly Check
The HeiAssembly CHECK is an assembly system for automatic lock testing. The keys and cylinders are entered via trays. By recording the forces and characteristic curves, a comparison can be made with the target values, thus optimising quality control. If required, it is also possible to apply the keys.
HeiAssembly Line
Among other things, the HeiAssembly LINE includes broaching, pre-assembly of special parts and laser labelling of housings in locking technology. The LINE is customised to your needs. This means that additional work steps can also be integrated. Be it the assembly of the core pin and housing pins, the spring assembly or finally the micro lubrication of the finished cylinders.

HeiCore Compact
The HeiCore COMPACT can be customised depending on what you need. You can decide for yourself whether manual or automated input is required. The broaching machine consists of a basic profile block and several variant profile axes. The whole system is rounded off by a tool breakage check and an optional deburring unit. The broaching cell can also be air-conditioned if required.
HeiCore Basic
The HeiCore BASIC combines the proven proline quality with an unbeatable price-performance ratio. It is based on the development of a table-top machine that can be used to manufacture complete systems in the smallest of spaces without the need for set-up. Due to its compactness, the machine consists of only one frame and therefore has a small footprint of just 2100 x 1750 x 2000 mm and a weight of approx. 2.0 tonnes. This means that it can also be installed in a small production site.
HeiCore proline Extend
The HeiCore proline EXTEND offers solutions exclusively customised to your wishes and needs. Naturally in proven proline quality and modern design. With customised pre- and post-processing of the cores. Up to 900 broaching tools can be permanently installed on the EXTEND. The broaching area is fully air-conditioned for accuracy. And both an oil mist extraction system and a chip extraction system have been included. As you can see, the range of options is almost limitless. Also because the machine is customised for you.

Fully automatic laser setting system for fountain pen nibs
HEITEC developed a fully automatic laser setting system for fountain pen nibs for the German market leader for writing instruments. In order to meet the high quality standards, it is necessary for each nib tip of a writing tip to be straightened. The two nib legs are to be straightened to a predefined gap dimension.
Development and production of robot-assisted systems HeiReprocessing BPL
Gasitech Industrie-Gas-Handelsgesellschaft is one of the most efficient companies in the field of recurring testing, industrial processing and filling of gas cylinders in Europe. A new processing plant for gas cylinders was to increase capacity, improve quality and make working conditions easier for employees.
Smart solutions for pharmaceutical primary packaging
In the pharmaceutical industry, it is the microscopically small details that determine the quality and safety of vital medicines. HEITEC is setting new standards in the production of medical vials with a customized handling system developed in-house. Thanks to the expertise of HEITEC Systemtechnik from Austria and the close cooperation with our long-standing customer from the packaging industry, the future of pharmaceutical packaging is being reshaped with innovation, precision and intelligent automation.

HEITEC develops test stands for market-leading medical technology and electronics companies for the multiaxial, dynamic application of mechanical loads to test objects.
Kinematics test system "Air inlet and outlet flaps"
On behalf of Nord-Micro, HEITEC AG developed and built a fully automated test and adjustment system for extended exhaust valves on the Boeing B787 model.
Interior test system "STS (standard test system for electronic components)"
HEITEC developed a standard test system for Diehl Aerospace, which is used both in production and internationally in the repair stations. In conjunction with various test adapters, it is used for the functional testing of different aircraft electronics components, such as cabin lighting and emergency power supplies. In addition to functional tests, dielectric strength tests (with AC and/or DC voltage) and measurements of insulation resistance are also possible.
In co-operation with Siemens Energy, HEITEC builds automated inspection systems for gas turbine blades. The modular inspection system is used for the inspection and three-dimensional measurement of gas turbine blades. Depending on the inspection task, different thermographic and optical methods as well as a 3D measuring method are used.
"UTS (Universal Test System)" assembly test system
HEITEC has developed a universally applicable functional test system based on the PXI system using a test stand and Lab-VIEW. This test system covers a wide range of functional test requirements for printed circuit boards, which can be contacted either by means of plug-in or needle bed adaptation.
HEITEC develops and builds innovative, fully automated production lines with state-of-the-art automatic testing systems for plastic headlight lenses for the ZKW Group.
Interior test system "TSV (door side panelling)" (Mercedes E-Class)
On behalf of SMP-Samvardhana Motherson Peguform in Bötzingen, an exterior/interior supplier to several premium automotive brands, HEITEC designed and built an automated testing system for door side panelling.
The zero-defect strategy is an absolutely essential target definition in the automotive industry. The issue of quality assurance is therefore becoming increasingly important. Innovative measuring and testing technologies for industrial use play a key role here. SMP-Samvardhana Motherson Peguform in Neustadt an der Donau, an exterior/interior supplier to several premium car brands, commissioned HEITEC to develop a new fully automated test system for testing front bumpers.
Production start from zero to one hundred with HeiDetect Wheel Robot
Production start from zero to one hundred - In August 2020, four of the fully automatic HeiDetect Wheel Robot wheel testing systems from HEITEC PTS were to be put into operation at the BORBET Group's plant in Thuringia. The four wheel testing systems were to be 100% ready for production after the production break for the start of the foundry in Thuringia. The usual start-up time was not planned - from zero to one hundred was the motto! In addition, the entire production at BORBET in Thuringia was to be converted to 100% traceability of the wheel data across the entire value chain using DMC labelling.
Production and testing system for CSC modules in e-mobility
Panasonic produces complex CSC modules in various sizes for the e-mobility division of car manufacturer BMW. These control the correct charging and discharging in the vehicles. As critical components, their manufacture therefore requires the highest technical precision and multiple checks of each production step. In close cooperation with Panasonic and BMW, HEITEC Slovensko developed and installed a complex nine-part production and testing line, the reliability and efficiency of which has already led to further orders.
