HEITEC - reliable manufacturing partner in medical technology
HEITEC supports the neurocare group AG, which has also included MAG & More GmbH since 2021, as a service and manufacturing partner in the development and scaling of innovative medical technology. This non-invasive form of therapy offers people with neurological and psychiatric illnesses - for example depression or after a stroke - a promising, virtually side-effect and pain-free alternative without additional medication. It can be used in addition to or as a substitute for traditional treatment methods, especially if medication is not an option or does not have a sufficient effect.
Realisation
At the beginning of the collaboration 10 years ago, HEITEC assumed responsibility for the main product contacts, supported the launch and manufactured the first customised TMS systems (PowerMAG) in small quantities. By outsourcing central tasks such as procurement, supply chain management and production, including quality testing, neurocare was able to concentrate on its core competences: Device development, sales expansion and internationalisation.
As demand increased, HEITEC proved its scalability and grew flexibly with the customer's requirements. Critical system components must be available at all times - thanks to a dense network of suppliers, HEITEC procures all required parts on the basis of forecasts, provides early information about discontinuations and ensures that spare parts are kept in stock to guarantee continuous availability.
