Realisation
This high-end test stand is designed so that there is no mechanical coupling. This allows a wide range of stroke spectra and an extremely short response time to be realised at test frequencies of up to 1000 Hz and a repeat accuracy of < 10 μm for any geometric shapes, sample lengths and diameters. The test system can optionally be expanded to 3 measuring stations/control panels. The test stand control enables each axis to be moved reproducibly with any signal shapes, with permanent monitoring of the test parameters. The highly flexible automation system allows the control and regulation system to be customised to project-specific requirements. Thanks to the modular design of the test benches, various test methods can be realised with the shortest possible set-up times. The test systems can be used separately as test cells, laboratory equipment or as part of a production line. Thanks to its compact design, the system is easy to transport and has a very low noise emission of <65dB (A). The temperature for the test medium can be set from 10⁰C to 60⁰C, whereby a control accuracy of +/- 1⁰C and a measurement accuracy of 0.1⁰C is achieved. The measurement of the deformation amplitude reaches 1% of the measured value and the resolution of the measuring system is 0.1µm.
