Realisation
The automatic inspection system, equipped with state-of-the-art sensors and image processing components, ensures one hundred per cent optical inspection as well as surface and volume inspection of plastic headlight lenses. During the transmitted light and dark field inspection, defects such as dark spots, inclusions, streaks, air inclusions, scratches or flow defects are detected. The system enables four different lens types to be inspected without changing tools.
