Latest automation technology for Duscholux production systems

Duscholux is one of the world's leading manufacturers of sanitary facilities. As a long-standing partner for the automation of production systems, HEITEC modernised the control technology. The aim was to further increase plant availability and production reliability.

Realisation

To avoid unplanned risks during modernisation, all upgrades were tested on the digital model in advance.
HeiVM4.0 (HEITEC Virtual Machine) was used to test simulations and tests in real time. HIL (hardware in the loop) and SIL (software in the loop) are technologies for ensuring functional software without the system being required for testing purposes.
This minimises risk, reduces commissioning times and allows a more highly qualified retrofit.
