Automation at the highest level - together with HELLER

The highly standardised RobotCell Premium (RCP 4) robot cell enables the automated loading and unloading of up to two processing machines simultaneously, both with components and pallets. Thanks to its modular design, you can start with a basic system consisting of a cell with a KUKA robot and a machine connection and expand this as required with various modules such as a rotating set-up station, cleaning systems, grippers, pallet racks and drawer storage. Thanks to the combination of workpiece and pallet handling, the robot cell is suitable for both single-batch and multi-batch production.

Another highlight of the cell is the intuitive visualisation software with numerous functions. Familiarise yourself with new workpieces directly via the user-friendly HMI without having to resort to a complex robot panel. The unique software solution makes it possible to implement new components and gripper strategies easily and efficiently - a feature that is unique on the market in this form.

Experience digitalisation live - together with FANUC

Using our compact RobotCell Basic (RCB 6), which enables automated loading and unloading of machine tools, we will present our end-to-end digitalisation solutions. The StarterKit acts as a connection between the machine and our HEITEC Solution Centre (HSC) and provides detailed insights into the machine status and processes in your plant. A gateway is used to record machine data during live machine operation, such as power consumption and compressed air consumption.

This data can then be evaluated and analysed in the HSC, the central platform for our smart factory solutions. It gives you access to powerful analysis tools and customisable applications and apps. With the help of this data analysis, you can optimise your production in a targeted manner and ensure traceability for archiving purposes.

With the help of the digital shadow, i.e. an exact simulation of your machine, potential sources of error are identified at an early stage and can be rectified remotely before they even occur. This allows you to reduce downtimes and optimise your production processes.

    Intelligent production in just a few steps

    In the HEITEC-TEVA project, the main task was to connect TEVA's production systems to a digital platform in order to increase efficiency. To do this, the production plant at the Blaubeuren-Weiler site was connected to a virtual server using an edge gateway device to collect and analyse real-time production data without affecting the existing system. The main tasks included enabling data processing and visualisation through a web-based HMI application and optimising production through real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance, which increased machine availability and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
