Together with the VDMA, we welcomed numerous participants to HEITEC. The event kicked off the evening before with"Experience HEITEC digitalisation live", a special presentation of innovative technologies and exciting use cases. The subsequent networking evening in the cosy atmosphere of a traditional Franconian house ensured an intensive exchange and valuable discussions between the participants.
The following day, the focus was on the main event at our HEITEC site in Eckental, which offered valuable insights with a varied programme and a high level of practical relevance. Participants were treated to inspiring keynotes and keynote speeches by Stefan Landersdorfer and Volker Stroh as well as our HEITEC experts Stefan Lange and Rene Selke. Interactive workshops enabled an open exchange of experiences between project management, legal departments and sales. A special highlight was the factory tour, which provided exclusive insights into modern electronics manufacturing and innovative production processes at HEITEC.
The direct exchange on best practices, challenges and innovative approaches in contract management across the entire project life cycle proved to be particularly valuable. Such formats create new perspectives, strengthen valuable networks and provide concrete impetus for day-to-day work.
We are particularly pleased that this highly topical subject has met with so much interest. Our project management managers Stefan Haberl, Volker Klink and Thorsten Stempel will take these valuable ideas with them to consistently develop our internal processes further. One of the key findings of the event: successful contract management only works in close co-operation with strong project management and a clear definition of requirements and responsibilities.
We would like to thank the VDMA for the professional organisation, especially Alf Dahl from VDMA Ost and Bernhard Baumgartner from VDMA Bayern, as well as all speakers and participants for the open exchange, the exciting discussions and the excellent atmosphere. Special thanks also go to our HEITEC team on site under the leadership of Matthias Rühr for the smooth hosting of this successful event.
