Investment Booster 2025: Invest now and secure tax benefits

Since 1 July 2025, the German government's immediate investment programme has given companies considerable tax advantages for future investments - especially in modern production and automation technology.

What is the Investment Booster 2025?

The Investment Booster 2025 is an immediate tax programme that promotes investments in movable assets such as machinery, equipment and vehicles through a declining balance depreciation of up to 30%. The scheme applies to purchases from 1 July 2025 to 31 December 2027 and is intended to boost the German economy in a targeted manner.

Now is the ideal time for industrial and manufacturing companies to invest in pioneering automation technology. For example, in automated deburring cells for maximum precision and efficiency, robot cells for flexible manufacturing processes or quality assurance systems with state-of-the-art technology.

Your advantages at a glance
  • Liquidity benefits thanks to declining balance amortisation
  • Turbo for investments thanks to additional liquidity reserves
  • Flexibility: one-off switch back to straight-line depreciation possible
  • Planning security until the end of 2027

Seize the opportunity and secure the tax benefits of the Investment Booster 2025 now. As an experienced partner, HEITEC will guide you through the entire process - from the initial needs analysis to the successful commissioning of your new automation solution.

Deburring cell - robot cell for automated deburring

We are revolutionising deburring with a compact robot cell that eliminates the need for unhealthy manual work and guarantees consistent quality. The innovative solution offers space for up to eight deburring spindles and enables loading during machining thanks to the integrated rotary set-up station. Particularly noteworthy is the CAD/CAM integration, which enables a realistic simulation of the entire deburring process including collision checking - this saves time during set-up and minimises errors during operation. From free feasibility analyses and workpiece-specific design to customised training, HEITEC offers a comprehensive service that frees up valuable personnel resources for more demanding tasks while ensuring maximum efficiency and work safety.

RCP 4 - Modular robot cell for maximum production flexibility

Our RCP 4, developed in collaboration with Gebr. Heller Maschinenfabrik, takes the automation of machining centres to a new level with its innovative modular concept. The highly flexible robot cell enables the simultaneous loading and unloading of up to two processing machines and can be expanded from the basic system with KUKA robots as required with modules such as set-up stations, cleaning systems or pallet racks. Thanks to the combination of workpiece and pallet handling, the RCP 4 is suitable for single and multi-batch production regardless of batch size, while intuitive 3D teaching via the user-friendly HMI enables new workpieces to be produced without complex robot programming. This future-proof investment adapts seamlessly to individual requirements and ensures maximum efficiency at an attractive price.

Production start from zero to one hundred with HeiDetect Wheel Robot

Production start from zero to one hundred - In August 2020, four of the fully automatic HeiDetect Wheel Robot wheel testing systems from HEITEC PTS were to be put into operation at the BORBET Group's plant in Thuringia. The four wheel testing systems were to be 100% ready for production after the production break for the start of the foundry in Thuringia. The usual start-up time was not planned - from zero to one hundred was the motto! In addition, the entire production at BORBET in Thuringia was to be converted to 100% traceability of the wheel data across the entire value chain using DMC labelling.
