With the acquisition of the Herzogenaurach-based company, HEITEC is expanding its portfolio in the field of intralogistics and strengthening its position as an automation and digitalisation specialist. The takeover will enable HEITEC to expand its offering in the areas of warehouse logistics, production logistics and internal transport logistics and to tap into new market segments.
