The study focussed on the following criteria

Categorised as an "automation and systems technology provider", HEITEC set the benchmark with a score of 100.0, making it the industry winner ahead of global companies.
The main data sources used were social networks. This involved analysing the posts made by companies and their employees, the topics covered, the tone of the posts and the context in which the companies are mentioned.
