Competition for qualified IT specialists has steadily intensified in recent years and will remain one of the biggest challenges for companies in 2025. Only the best companies receive this award - only around 15% met the strict requirements and were named TOP employer for IT jobs. HEITEC achieved excellent results in the three categories of mystery checks, analysis of career pages and employee evaluations and was able to clearly set itself apart from the competition.
