State-of-the-art X-ray technology and AI-supported image analysis ensure maximum precision and reliability. The system utilises a throughfeed principle in which the parts to be inspected are moved on a conveyor belt through an X-ray box. This enables a fully automated inspection for completeness, material defects and foreign objects. The HEITEC Flow Scan can inspect components up to three metres wide and achieves a throughput speed of up to 500 metres per minute.
