Your start at HEITEC

Experienced employees will be on hand at all times to provide you with help and advice and to listen to your questions.

You won't be thrown in at the deep end; we will gradually give you responsibility. During your induction, you will have regular dialogue and feedback meetings to help you shape and promote your development in the best possible way! Of course, we are always open to your professional input, your ideas and suggestions as well as your ideas for improvement. And not just within the team or department, but also across the board.

Our Executive Board offers an open consultation hour to listen to topics and suggestions for improvement and, above all, to tackle them!

Your development and further training

As a highly innovative system provider in a wide range of areas and industries, it is essential for us to train our colleagues accordingly and keep them at the cutting edge of technology at all times.

To this end, we have created an internal training programme in which we both preserve and pass on the knowledge of long-standing employees and involve external partners who offer a wide range of courses and certificates in all specialist areas! Thanks to our constantly growing database, you can access a wealth of knowledge and solutions!

In addition, regular product training courses are held by technical cooperation companies so that you are always up to date with the latest technical solutions in our core business areas of automation - plant and special machine construction - digitalisation - electronics.
