They set up complex, computer-controlled industrial systems and ensure that the individual components form a fully automated overall system. For example, they plan the movement sequences of the systems on the PC and work with circuit diagrams. After commissioning the system, they then take care of maintenance and rectify any faults that occur.

As a technical system planner specialising in electrotechnical systems, you use a computer to create designs and detailed plans for systems. The tasks also include carrying out various calculations that are required for the realisation of a project. The sketches and plans produced are then used, for example, for electrical installations or for the production, assembly and commissioning of building and plant technology equipment.

The focus of your training

• You will familiarise yourself with the company's internal structures and processes
• You will be involved in day-to-day activities in the field of energy technology from the outset and learn to work in a team and take on responsibility
• You will create preliminary, design and implementation plans in the field of energy technology
• You will complete and check design and implementation drawings using CAD programmes
• You support our engineers (m/f/d) in the design of energy technology systems
• You carry out a quality check on the planning documents created
• You will work together with other specialist departments, project teams, system planners and external partners
