On our careers page you will find all vacant positions at our locations. Successfully filled positions are promptly deactivated on the homepage so that the job market is always up to date for you. Application deadlines are rarely included in our job adverts. Our adverts are posted until the right candidate is found. However, we generally look for new colleagues as soon as possible. So the earlier you apply, the better. The advertisement on our careers page is decisive, as it is possible that a position may be available online for longer via other job boards or job search engines.

We generally prefer online applications. This centralised, electronic method of application ensures the fastest possible delivery and therefore also enables your documents to be viewed and checked promptly. It also offers the best possible protection of your personal data, as the application is forwarded directly to the responsible HR manager. Alternatively, you can also send your documents to karriere@heitec.de together with the job number and job title for which you would like to apply!

Your application should be personalised and informative and include the following documents:

• Letter of motivation with the job title or job number
• Curriculum vitae in tabular form with no gaps
• School, training, internship and work references that are relevant to the position in question
• If available: relevant further education or training certificates

Yes, you are welcome to apply for several positions at the same time, should several positions come into consideration. Every application we receive is checked and assessed individually. Irrespective of this, we will of course also check whether you could be considered for another position.

After submitting your application via the portal, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt. The duration of the application process may vary, as the documents are checked by both our HR department and the specialist department. This may take some time, but we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.

The job adverts list the relevant contact persons to whom you can send your application. If you would like to send an unsolicited application, you are welcome to write your cover letter in general terms.

Of course, you are welcome to apply for advertised positions at HEITEC at any time.

Optionally, we may invite you to a short telephone interview (maximum 30 minutes) to clarify any questions in advance. If the relevant department responds positively to your application, you will usually be invited to a personal interview with representatives from the HR department and the relevant specialist department. This may be followed by a second interview to discuss more specific details for a possible appointment. You will receive a written appointment invitation/confirmation for each interview, which contains all the key details. If you have any questions or uncertainties, you can get in touch with the relevant contact person for the advertised position at any time.

You should find out about HEITEC in advance and know the most important key data about the possible area of work (e.g. via the company website). Be aware of what you expect from the position in question. Make a note of any questions you may have and bring them with you to the personal interview. Find out in advance how to get there and where to park so that you can arrive at the interview relaxed. Go into the interview in a positive, confident and authentic manner.
