Software
Our experts will be happy to advise you in the fields of control technology and robotics. Control technology forms the foundation of classic mechanical engineering and is one of our core competences. It enables the precise control and automation of machines and systems, which is essential for smooth production processes. Mobile robotics is used in many areas of production and is becoming increasingly important in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly as a result of the new Annex 1 regulations of the European Union (EU). Together with our partners, we develop and realise customised concepts for this.
In industries such as pharmaceuticals and food, process validation and qualification are crucial for compliance with legal requirements. We offer the creation of GMP documents in accordance with GAMP 5, P&ID charts and technical documentation both as a service and as part of projects.
Whether for cost reasons or due to space constraints, optimising and retrofitting existing machines and systems is often worthwhile. We take care of all mechanical, hardware and software-related trades and thus offer optimal solutions for brownfield systems.
System modernization and administration without risk
This project involved the virtualisation of the automation and IT infrastructure of Solupharm Pharmazeutische Erzeugnisse GmbH. The main task was to modernise an existing production line by converting physical IT resources into virtual machines to ensure greater flexibility, reliability and lower costs.
In the HEITEC-TEVA project, the main task was to connect TEVA's production systems to a digital platform in order to increase efficiency. To do this, the production plant at the Blaubeuren-Weiler site was connected to a virtual server using an edge gateway device to collect and analyse real-time production data without affecting the existing system. The main tasks included enabling data processing and visualisation through a web-based HMI application and optimising production through real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance, which increased machine availability and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
Smart solutions for pharmaceutical primary packaging
In the pharmaceutical industry, it is the microscopically small details that determine the quality and safety of vital medicines. HEITEC is setting new standards in the production of medical vials with a customized handling system developed in-house. Thanks to the expertise of HEITEC Systemtechnik from Austria and the close cooperation with our long-standing customer from the packaging industry, the future of pharmaceutical packaging is being reshaped with innovation, precision and intelligent automation.
Holopack Verpackungstechnik specialises in the contract filling of cosmetic and pharmaceutical products. Efficient filling technology plays a very important economic role here. Holopack was looking for a solution to increase production capacities in the manufacture of sterile and non-sterile, low to high viscosity pharmaceuticals. An intelligent automation solution with a batch management system was required to control the system - including a high-performance homogeniser.
