Our executive management team

Richard Heindl

Owner of the HEITEC Group & President of HEITEC Holding GmbH

Richard Heindl founded his company in 1973. In the years that followed, this grew into today's HEITEC Group, which is managed by HEITEC Holding GmbH.

Pia Meyer

Director of HEITEC Holding GmbH

Pia Meyer is the daughter of company owner Richard Heindl and joined the HEITEC Group in January 2022. She looks back on 16 years in English-speaking countries and a career as a management consultant at Deloitte, where she led international projects and gained experience primarily in the private and FSI sectors. Pia Meyer took over the role of Director at HEITEC Holding GmbH in 2023.

Johannes Feldmayer

Chief Representative of HEITEC Holding GmbH

After serving as a member of the Group Executive Board of Siemens AG from 2003 to 2007, Johannes Feldmayer took on the role of Chief Representative of the HEITEC Group in 2009. Johannes Feldmayer is also a member of the Board of Directors of LEUZE electronic GmbH + Co KG and TGW Logistics GmbH Co KG.

Michael Frieß

Chairman of the Board & CEO of HEITEC AG

Michael Frieß was appointed Chairman of the Executive Board and CEO of HEITEC AG on 1 July 2022. In his leadership role, he will focus on the further development of the HEITEC Group's global automation and digitalisation strategy. Previously, as Managing Director of the subsidiary HEITEC PTS in Kuchen, he contributed significantly to the company's success with his extensive operational knowledge.

Michael Künnell

Chief Financial Officer of HEITEC AG

Michael Künnell took over as Chief Financial Officer of HEITEC AG on 1 April 2022. Since then, he has been responsible for managing the Controlling, Accounting, Human Resources, IT and Purchasing departments. He has more than 25 years of international experience in senior financial positions, including at the renowned companies Diehl and Rehau.

    Today, the HEITEC Group employs more than 1,200 people with a planned annual turnover of over 180 million euros in 2026.

    HEITEC is strengthening its presence in the Asian market with the new HEITEC Technology branch in Shanghai.

    Formation of HEITEC AG

    In 2000, parts of the HEITEC Group were converted into a public limited company.

    Branches established in Chemnitz, Regensburg and Neckarsulm-Heilbronn

    the first branch was founded in Crailsheim in 1989.
